  3. Salt Baths: Epsom or sea salt baths can help detoxify your body and energy field. Add essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus for added relaxation.


  4. Energy Clearing Meditation: Sit in a quiet space and imagine a bright light washing over you, removing any negative energy or lingering doubts. Visualize this light filling you with clarity and calm.


  5. Declutter Your Space: Physical clutter can contribute to mental and emotional clutter. Set aside time to clean and organize your environment. A clear space often leads to a clear mind.
